In this sale we are offering something for everyone, and this replacement heifer is just that; she’s a heifer that represents the foundation genetics of our program and will add value to the operation of her new owner. ECC RR Polled Luna 609/1 is sired by ECC Polled Comandante 749 (P) who is one of our most proven herd sires. Not only is Comandante an impressive bull “in the flesh,” but he is also a full brother to LMC LF Polled Lolo who is our most winning show cow and now one of our top donors. The dam to Luna is the result of our foundation crossing LMC Polled Authority 115/0 with a Sunnyside Ranch cow. Note that being out of Comandante propels Luna into the top of the breed for Marbling EPD which adds value to her as a breeding piece.
